Good Morning, Here are some updates for the month of February: Jump Rope for Heart 2020 On Tuesday, January 28th Auburn Bay School had the kick off assembly for “Jump Rope for Heart”.  You will have noticed that your child came home with a fundraising envelope (if you did not receive, it will go home on Monday)  with details for online and in person fundraising (you can do both).  It also outlines the different prizes students can earn. You can begin fundraising as soon as you wish and return the envelopes to your child’s homeroom teacher once you have finished.  The deadline for the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser is Thursday, February 20th.  You can return your envelopes anytime between now and then.  Please make sure your child’s info is on your envelope. Jump Rope for Heart is completely optional.  It is to bring awareness to heart health for the month of February.   We will not be having a special Jump Rope for Heart wrap...

Important Information  Snack - please do not send drinks other than water i.e.) juice, yogurt drinks - please practice opening snacks - 1-2 items (snack is 10-15 minutes long) Forest Friday - weather permitting we will be going outside on Fridays to spend some time learning in nature, please dress your kids appropriately - we have attached the Friday schedule on our FYI page for future reference - we will frequently visit the pond across the street Bathroom - please practice locking and unlocking public bathroom stalls - please practice washing and drying hands - please practice untucking dresses and shirts Family Picture - please send a family photo for us to keep, this helps with our home and school connection, we will be talking about our family
